Local flower delivery to Kožušany-Tážaly

Kožušany-Tážaly became a single municipality in 1961. It was formed by merging two villages. The municipality has a railway stop on the Olomouc–Prostějov–Brno line.

The municipality runs a small primary school for the first stage in Kožušany. It is housed in a building from 1880 that also contains a memorial to the victims of the Second World War. An octagonal chapel of St Anne, built in 1750, stands in the centre of the village square in Kožušany. The sports complex has a gym and is home to TJ Kožušany, whose sections play football and volleyball.
